MINI-SESSION AGREEMENT

PORTRAIT SESSION: The client is guaranteed up to 30 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: If the session is canceled due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: The client will arrive 10 minutes early due to the short shooting window. The photographer is not responsible if the Client or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of AO Media Group.

CLIENT’S USAGE: The client obtains prints for personal use only and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc.)
